APPLICATION STEPS

STEP 1: Please sign up to the Turkiye Scholaships System (TBBS) system in the link below:

https://tbbs.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr/

STEP 2: Please fill out the required boxes on the left tab such as personal information, education
information etc. (Red exclamation mark points out the mandatory fields.)

STEP 3: After completing their registration and filling out the mandatory fields, please write your
USER ID in the link below:

The user ID is a 10-digit number (Exp: 20XXXXXXXX –).You can see the USER ID on the right corner of
the web page (marked yellow on the picture).

DEADLINE FOR STEP 3 (REGISTRATION): September 13, 2020 at 23:00 (Turkey Time).

STEP 4: Please check your email inbox and wait for a link to complete the application. The link is not
sent automatically. Your registration will be checked firstly so it can take a few days to receive the
link.

When you click on the link, you will open your account in TBBS. Please sign in and go HOME PAGE.
You will see “ISDB Scholarhip Programme” on your page. You should select “ISDB Scholarhip
Programme” and click the apply button. When you complete this step, your application will be
submitted.

DEADLINE FOR STEP 4 (APPLICATION): September 20, 2020 at 23:00 (Turkey Time)

STEP 5: Your result will be sent by Turkiye Scholarhips. Please check your email inbox and wait for
your result which shows your university admission and program.
