SANITIZERS AND EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING KITS.

INTRODUCTION:

AT SOULFLOWER India Pvt Limited, I have to generate sales via B2B segment by tapping into Hospitality
sector, Media conglomerates, Delivery platforms, Technology conglomerates, media houses, Banking and
insurance sector , Hospitality sector, Cosmetic industry, Automobile industry . I have to analyze the marketing
funnel , focus on Go-To-market strategy in order to boost sales and promote brand visibility in the market.

Sanitizer market has witnessed a significant surge due to the state of pandemic all over the world. The Global
Hand Sanitizer Market size was valued at $919 million in 2016 to reach $1,755 million by 2023, and is
anticipated to grow at a CAGR of 9.9% from 2017 to 2023. 4. The sudden spike in demand as the virus goes
global, manufacturers are ramping their production

Soulflower has launched 2 variants of sanitizers i.e. Aloe vera and neem based, Tea tree Guduchi sanitizer in
four types of SKU i.e. 100 ml, 120ml,500ml & 5 liter.To reduce the distress among the employees due to
Safety and Sanitization concerns, Soulflower has launched Employee onboarding kits to promote the employee
engagement and promote the brand visibility

OBJECTIVES:

1. The primary objective is to penetrate the untapped market to boost sales and expand brand visibility
by forming new brand alliances as well as maintain a relationship with existing key clients.
2. Identification & Acquisition: Market mapping and Identification of potential clients for time bound
Acquisition, induction and onboarding of new accounts in the assigned territory.
3. Account Management: Managing and driving the growth of the existing clients (Listing platforms)
4. To enable network with new product launches and partner with the operations and other teams.
5. Set proper expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage relationships with the
acquired/assigned stores for a mutual growth.
6. Enhance Engagement with accounts to improve business and increase retention.
