primary and secondary studies were carried out at the
Colegio Seminario de San Ambrosio in his hometown.

Those who ran that entity witnessed the development of

his personality and his vocation for the educational field,

practice teaching as a primary assistant teacher, a position
he carried out with great responsibility and solvency.

Miranda, affectionately called "Cututo Miranda", was a
very enthusiastic and energetic apostle with his students,
he was severe in his punishments, upright and strict in the
discipline , worthy example of the teacher of those times
in which the letter enters with blood .

Despite lacking a Pedagogical Title, he was an educated and well informed man. Due to his
multifaceted culture, several regional press media came to him, for this reason his journalistic
articles are found in various press organs, becoming part of the founding team of the
newspaper "El Progreso" in 1939.
