más saludable entre ellos están:

Hello my name is Daniela Cuellar and I will tell you seven tips to have a healthier life
among them:

1. You must do at least thirty minutes of daily exercise.


2. You should eat fruits and vegetables but without excess.
3. A medical check-up must be done every year.
4.You should not smoke
5.You should get drunk
6.You must read a book a year
7.You shouldn't watch much television

Now I will tell you seven elements that we must always do.

You should drink at least two liters of water a day.


You should wash your hands before eating and after using the bathroom.
You should use sunscreen, especially if you are exposed to the sun.
You must put your health in the hands of professionals.
You should not stay all day on the computer.
You must sleep at least eight hours a day.
You must sit properly

You have to go to the doctor if you feel sick.


You must be alert to any symptoms so as not to get sick.
You have to follow the recommendations of the doctors.
It is not necessary to self-medicate.
You have to take care of both your physical health and your mental health.
You have to stop stress
You must be happy
You have to love your family and enjoy life
