Abstract

The social capital affects economic development, so in the absence of a formal cooperation
agreement. Social capital is considered a separate key factor of production, which has a direct
impact on economic growth to reduce the exchange of information between members of
transaction costs and facilitate groups or networks. Secondly, capital can act indirectly through
interaction with other growth factors such as human capital and natural resources. Empirical
evidence linking the capital students and the most powerful schools and the explanations of the
concept and how it works is diverse and often unclear. This assignment focused elaborately on
the social capital which has been implemented in Schools. It should be noted that school is one
of the important factor in building and developing individuals who in turn build nations. Through
this assignment it was noted that many schools and institutions build social capital among the
students by creating diversity, trust and solidarity. It is noted that many researchers has noted
that community opinion is one of the important factor in enabling the private institutions to
impart social capital as a part of their business. Many schools have implemented the theory as
propounded by Gemeinschaft which assist in development of individual and personal interests
dominate human thinking. School community characterized privatist point of view, for example,
parents are likely to use social relationships to coordinate measures to promote a program that
will benefit children. The fans in the community are likely to have the product goes to the new
instruments, equipment and uniforms for the benefit of the athletes. It is further noted that the
implementation of social capital is greatly determined by the interest and collaboration of various
stakeholders, therefore proper motivation needs to be provided so that the implementation of
social caoital will be a successful aspect.
