When talking about cultural differences, Eastern and Western culture are completely

opposite. Some says that these two will never meet because of contradicting culture,
belief, and habits between these two culture. Eastern culture, countries belongs in Asia,
is more traditional that prefers to stick with tradition rather than change. And people
living here are conservative and preserved. The western culture on the other hand,
European countries and the United States, has a dynamic lifestyle that accepts change
and development, and people here are liberated which can freely do things they believe
nothing’s wrong.

In my case, as an Asian, I believe that these differences can benefit each culture. We
can learn from the West about their way of improving or developing an economy. As we
can see, most of the developing countries are in the West because they’re more open
for change and always promotes innovation and creativity to their citizens at a young
age. And I believe that we can also adapt to this changes to also utilize our resources to
try something new. But above all these, I’m still proud to be part of the Eastern culture
which gives more value to family and of course, our faith in God.
