1. What is fitness?
Fitness for me refers to the state of being physically, emotionally, and mentally
healthy. It talks about the health of a person in every aspect of his life.
2. What is wellness?
Wellness for me refers to a persons’ action or choice on what to do to achieve a
healthy and ill free lifestyle, means to stay in a good health.
3. What is the importance of being physically ft and healthy?
It is important to be physically fit and healthy because as imperfect humans we tend
to acquire diseases as we age and sometimes our mental state changes because of
our experience, so being healthy is essential to prevent a variety of ailments we can
possibly get from our surroundings or from the food we eat and so we can have a
healthy mentality. Additionally, being healthy can make us do a lot of things for we
have enough strength to do so.
