really mean?
1. Fit in technical terms, is a word that encompasses several ways to measure your
health.
2. Fit means you are capable.
3. Fit means you are happy.
4. Fit is motivating.
5. Fit is a lifestyle you can achieve.
○ Wellness is the dynamic process of becoming aware of,
taking responsibility for, and making choices that directly
contribute to one’s well being and that of the common good.
