ENGAGEMENT WITH PEOPLE
OF THE LAND
The people of the Adelaide plains is with
reference to the Kaurna people who have been
residence of many South Australian regions and
areas for many years. It is with strong belief by
many individuals and groups within Adelaide
that acknowledgement of the Kaurna people
should be made and the land respected. The

Kaurna people and is widespread from Barunga
West Council (Port Broughton) to Cape Jervis.
