• Lead Definition –
1. Potential student who is interested in a specific course and have submitted their
explicit interest in the course on the Webosaurus operated landing pages –

• Lead Logistics - All partners will be required to redirect traffic to Webosaurus Landing Pages
• Initial Trial Lead Volume - 100 Leads
• DATA Fields Required –
o First Name
o Last Name
o Phone
o Email
o Course of Interest
• Lead Validity – Based on stats as per Webolytics Platform (Real-time Campaign
Performance Dashboard Access will be provided to all partners)

BILLABLE CRITERIA:

If all of the below criteria’s are met


o Valid IP
o Valid Phone
o Valid Email
o Valid Geo – UK ONLY
o Valid Dedupe Rule – Net New (Based on OBS/Webosaurus ecosystem)
o Complete Form Submission (All required fields)

NON-BILLABLE CRITERIA:

Is any of the below stated criteria are met


o Fake IP / Bot clicks / Multiple entries from same IP
o Wrong Phone Number
o Wrong Email
o Wrong Geo
o Malicious Intent

o Lead from Disallowed Media Channel


o User who have already registered in the last 30 days

COMMERCIALS
• Invoicing – Based on Webolytics Self-billing Platform
• Payment Terms – Net 60
• Timelines – Webosaurus team will share final billables by 15th of the new month. All
partners will have real-time access to leads delivered and revenue earnt. On 15th of the new
month, a self-billing invoice will automatically be created based on Webolytics billable leads
numbers. All partners will be paid within 60 days from start of the new month.
• Pause/Termination – Webosaurus reserves the right to pause/terminate the campaign with
24 hours notice via email. After 48 hours from the time of notice the campaign will be hard
stopped and no leads will be allowed to be submitted.
• Test Budget - £1,500
• Lead Volume - 100
• Payout – Cost per valid lead - £15 per billable lead

CAMPAIGN SUCCESS MEASUREMENT KPI’S


• Conversion Tracking – Webolytics platform will be used to track all campaign performance.
Real-time campaign performance dashboard will be available to the affiliate to optimize
campaigns at their end.
• Performance Measurement – Webosaurus will share complete campaign performance via
Webolytics Platform
• Campaign Optimisation – Webolytics platform will offer real-time campaign insights to
optimize campaigns. Custom reporting is also available on request.

• Soft Conversion Rate Benchmark (Lead to Enrolment) - 3%
