From the theories you have learned in this lesson what suggestions

would you make to improve Brazil’s current economic situation?

To first improve the economy of Brazil, the first thing that needs to be done is

the approval of the pension reform, because currently the Brazilian government

spend more with retired people than with infrastructure. Doing that, the taxes

will decrease, and then the governors can start doing a policy following Smith’s,

letting the economy flow and control itself. The only reforms that should be done

should be in favor of reducing taxes, so the population has more money and the

economy is heated;
