Dear Sir/Madam

As per records of the Transport Department vehicle No. DL1LAB0863 stands registered in your name, It has been reported that the driver of this vehicle
has committed an offence under MV Act,1988/MV(D)Regulation,2017/DMVR 1993/CMVR 1989 on 23-04-2020 at KINGSWAY CAMP, FROM MODEL
TOWN TO VISHWAVIDYALAYA METRO ST. at 09:56 Hrs.
By virtue of powers conferred u/s 133 MV Act, 1988, this notice is being issued to you to furnish information regarding the name, address and driving
licence number of the person who was driving the vehicle registered in your name when the below mentioned offence is alleged to have been committed
as under within 60 days from the date of issue of this notice.

The owner/driver should contact the Notice Branch at Delhi Traffic Police Headquarters, Dev Prakash Shastri Marg, Pusa, Delhi-110012 with relevant
documents/information. Non-compliance of this notice may result in forwarding the challan to the court with the addition of section 187 MV Act 1988,
which provides punishment with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 6 months or with fine which may extend to Rs. 5000/-

है | आपक गाड़ी चलाने वाले वय ारा कये गये यातायात के नयम के उ लंघन का ववरण नीचे दया गया है |

य द आप इस नो टस के जारी करने क त थ से 60 दन के अंदर उपरो सूचना नह दे ते ह, तो यह धारा 187 MV ACT, 1988 का उ लंघन होगा | प रणाम व प चालान म धारा 187 MV ACT,
1988 जोड़कर अदालत को अ सा रत कर दया जायेगा | धारा 187 MV ACT, 1988 क अवहेलना करने पर कारावास जसक अव ध छह मास तक क हो सकती है, या जुमाना जो पाँच हजार
पए तक का हो सकता है |
