As per records of the Transport Department vehicle No. DL3CCP4248 stands registered in your name, It has been reported that the driver of this vehicle has committed
an offence under MV Act,1988/MV(D)Regulation,2017/DMVR 1993/CMVR 1989 on 29-03-2020 at URBAN EXTN ROAD 2 NR BIJWASAN SHIV MURTI TO
DWARKA SEC 21 at 16:34 Hrs.
By virtue of powers conferred u/s 133 MV Act, 1988, this notice is being issued to you to furnish information regarding the name, address and driving licence number of
the person who was driving the vehicle registered in your name when the below mentioned offence is alleged to have been committed as under within 60 days from the
date of issue of this notice.

The owner/driver should contact the Notice Branch at Delhi Traffic Police Headquarters, Dev Prakash Shastri Marg, Pusa, Delhi-110012 with relevant
documents/information. If you wish to compound the traffic offence, you may remit the below mentioned compounding amount as per the instructions. Non-compliance
of this notice may result in forwarding the challan to the court with the addition of section 187 MV Act 1988, which provides punishment with imprisonment for a term
which may extend to 6 months or with fine which may extend to Rs. 5000/-

धारा 133 MV ACT 1988 के तहत दान की गई श यों के आधार पर आपको यह नोिटस जारी िकया जा रहा है , िक आप, वाहन चालक का नाम, पता व डाइिवंग लाइसस नंबर के बारे
म जानकारी, नोिटस शाखा, िद ी यातायात पुिलस मु ालय, दे व काश शा ी माग, पूसा, नई िद ी-110012 को द | आपको यह जानकारी इस नोिटस के जारी की गई ितिथ के 60
िदनों के अंदर दे नी है | आपकी गाड़ी चलाने वाले वय ारा िकये गये यातायात के िनयमों के उ ंघन का िववरण नीचे िदया गया है |

यिद आप यातायात िनयमों के उ ंघन की रािश को जमा करना चाहते ह, तो नीचे िदए गए िनदशों के अनुसार भुगतान कर सकते ह | यिद आप इस नोिटस के जारी करने की ितिथ से 60
िदनों के अंदर उपरो सूचना नहीं दे ते ह, तो यह धारा 187 MV ACT, 1988 का उ ंघन होगा | प रणाम प चालान म धारा 187 MV ACT, 1988 जोड़कर अदालत को अ सा रत
कर िदया जायेगा | धारा 187 MV ACT, 1988 की अवहे लना करने पर कारावास िजसकी अविध छह मास तक की हो सकती है , या जुमाना जो पाँ च हजार पए तक का हो सकता है |

INSTRUCTIONS :-
1. You may remit the compounding amount at the following locations:
i. In cash through any prosecuting officer of Delhi Traffic Police having E-Challan Machine.
ii. Delhi Traffic Police Headquarters, Dev Prakash Shastri Marg, Pusa, New Delhi-110012. (Monday to Friday from 09.30 am to 05.00 pm and
Saturday from 09.30 am to 01.00 pm)
iii. By Cheque/Demand Draft / Pay order by post or courier, at DCP/Traffic (HQs) office, Delhi Traffic Police Headquarters, Dev Prakash Shastri
Marg, Pusa, New Delhi-110012.
iv. By A/c Payee Cheque / Pay Order/ DD be drawn in favour of DCP/TRAFFIC(HQs)
v. By Money Order through Post Office/Postman.

* The notice number should be mentioned at the reverse side of Cheque/Demand Draft / Pay order/ A/c payee cheque and in the Money Order
form.

िनदश :-
1. आप िन िल खत थानों पर भुगतान रािश भेज सकते ह:
i. यह चालान टै िफक पुिलस के िकसी भी चालािनंग ऑिफसर ारा ई-चालान मशीन के मा म से भुगतान िकया जा सकता है |
ii. सभी कार के नोिटस (सोमवार से शु वार 09:30 AM से 05:00 PM) और (शिनवार को 09:30 AM से 01:00 PM) तक िद ी यातायात पुिलस मु ालय, दे व
काश शा ी माग, पूसा, नई िद ी - 110012 म जमा कराये जा सकते ह |
iii. चेक ारा / िडमां ड डा / पे आडर / डाक या कु रयर ारा केवल उपायु कायालय, यातायात पुिलस मु ालय, दे व काश शा ी माग, पूसा, नई िद ी -
110012 म जमा कराये जा सकते ह |
iv. चेक ारा / िडमां ड डा / पे आडर केवल उपायु यातायात पुिलस मु ालय के प म दे य होना चािहए |
v. डाक के मा म से मनी आडर ारा |
