Be: Present Simple – Affirmative

We can use present simple of be:

   with age: Carlos is fifteen years old. I am fourteen years old.

   with an adjective: You are right. It is easy.
   with this and that: This is my bike. That is Elena’s house
   with nationality: They are Peruvian. We are Brazilian.
   with jobs: Pedro is a dentist. Tom and Andres are teachers.
