This urban contemporary hotel offers a 5 star luxury

The building is suitably designed as it collects its revenue not only from
the accommodation sectors but also from other spaces like ball rooms ,
restaurants, bars and lounge.

 Each floor has 38 guest rooms with no suites on floors (3-5) and one suite on each floor from (6-12).
 The guests rooms are approached by 6 guest lifts and are served by 3 service lifts with a housekeeping
area n pantry on each floor.
 Each floor has its own A.H.U. and electrical room.
 At one extreme end of the floor there is a provision of linen chute that runs right from the 15th floor till the
basement lvl1 where laundry is located.
 Refugee Area provided after every 5 floors.
