Step 1: Login to Google Drive and Select “My Drive”

Step 2: Click on “New” button


Step 3: Select the “Folder” option

Step 4: Creating a new folder with an appropriate Subject Name


Step 5: Right Click on the newly created folder and select “Share” option

Step 6: Select the “Advanced” option


Step 7: Select the “Change” option

Step 8: Select “On – Anyone with the link ” option


and
“Can view only” option

Here Select the second option... i.e on - Anyone with the link
Step 9: Save the Share criteria
Step 10: Right-click on the newly created folder and select “Get Sharable Link.”

Copy-Paste the “Sharable Link” into the google sheet.
