*Child abuse refers to the maltreatment of a child, whether habitual ot not, which includes any of the following:
* Physical- refers to the acts that inflict badily harm and which subjetcs children perform tasks which are hazardoud to the physical well-being
* Sexual - refers to the acts that are sexually on nature such as rape, sexual harassment, sexaully demeaning remarks, forcing children to watch abscene publicatoions etc., and
* Pyschological - refers to acts or omissions causing or likely to cause mental or emotional sufferin to the child which includes intimidation, stalking, public ridicule, threat of deduction of great merit as a form of punishment and repeated verbal abuse

* Relationship to the victims refers to relatives (father, motherm cousin etc.) or school personnel (teacher and non-teachin staff).
* No amicable settlement for any act of child abuse.
