1. Relative to the Unnumbered DepEd Memo from the Of+ce of Undersecretary Atty.
Revsee A. Escobedo on the Submission of Consolidated Reports on Child Protection Cases
for SY 2021- 2022, all schools are requested to send consolidated reports on incidents of
bulying and child abuse, including cases involving children at risk (CAR) and children in
conflict with the law (CICL),the number of schools with localized child protection committees
CPC) in reference tothe Reiteration of the Reportorial Obligation of Schools, Schools Division
Ofice and Regional Offices under DM No.114 s.2017.
