> A davit of No Income or Case Study from DSWD
> For children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and Seafarers, a
latest copy of contract or proof of income may be considered

Procedure:
1. Fill-in the Scholarship Application Form online at h ps://www.chedro8stufap.com (Application period is from
February 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019 only)
2. Print your accomplished application form from your online application.
3. Check the status of your online application (whether it's uploaded in the system or not). Posting is done daily (except
on Saturdays, Sundays, and other non-working days) at h ps://www.facebook.com/chedro8.stufap OR

4. If your name is on the list of successfully uploaded applications, prepare the above-mentioned documentary
requirements to be submi ed to CHED Regional O ce VIII (a er 3 to 5 days)
