The COVID-19 pandemic that is currently occurring in Indonesia has prompted the government to

take various preventive measures to break the chain of spreading the virus. One that is affected is
the education sector, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Ministry of Education and Culture) of
Indonesia gives instructions to universities to carry out Study From Home (SFH). Sudden changes and
pressures experienced by students both internally and externally can cause negative emotions,
including the occurrence of stress on students while carrying out Study From Home (SFH). The
purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between academic resilience and subjective
well-being among students in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in
this research to collect data is literature study research method. The results of this study are the
need for academic resilience in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic to maintain and
improve student Subjective Well-Being. Students who have high resilience will also have high
subjective well-being so that they can make themselves more able to regulate emotions, namely the
ability to remain calm in facing stressful conditions, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and
can control the pressure that arises in themselves. due to online learning.
