How to make banana jam

Materials :

 6 Bananas that have been cut into small pieces. If you like smoother jam you can

mash the bananas in a blender.

 22 tablespoons granulated sugar.

 6 Tbsp lemon juice.

 25 tablespoons ready-to-use orange juice

 Cooking pot

 Sterilized bottles for storage containers

How to Make Banana Jam:

 Combine the sugar, lemon juice and orange juice until the sugar is completely

dissolved into the juice solution

 Mix the bananas that we have cut into small pieces into the container
 Put the mixture in the pan then cook over medium heat until it boils. After boiling,

reduce heat and keep stirring until the banana is crushed. If you like a coarse texture,

don't stir it too often.

 After obtaining the desired thickness, turn off the heat and put it in the bottle

provided. After the hot steam is gone, close the container.
