    XVI.

    PROGRESS NOTES

    During confinement under our care and observation, the patient was showing signs of

    improvement after she undergone Blood Transfusion with 3 units of PRBC Before she was

    admitted her hemoglobin result was 4.8 g/dl, hematocrit 18.7 %. After Blood transfusion She

    was observed and monitored well and partially recovered from severe anemia since the

    result of her Hemoglobin (120 gms/L), Hematocrit (0 .36) and scheduled for operation as

    soon as she fully recover.
