From our discussions with some physiotherapists and orthopedics we found that during the

overhead jobs people primarily experience pain in the following parts of the body -

● Back(Spine)
● Upper Arms
● Shoulders
● Abdomen
● Neck
● And in the Legs due to standing longtime

The Muscles that are fatigued in these body parts are as follows -

● Erector Spinae
○ Group of Muscles in the Back, present on either side of the Spine.

● Biceps Brachii
○ Commonly known as the Biceps, main muscle in the Upper Arm.

● Medial Deltoid
○ Muscles that give the Shoulders their Roundness.

● Rectus Abdominis
○ Commonly known as the Core.

● Gastrocnemius Muscle
○ Commonly known as the Calf. Forms the back part of the lower leg.
