 DC Conditions for TOP

Based on Town Council Act:

• TCs are the maintenance / Managing Agent ( no need
appointment)
• Detention tanks are part of common property to be
maintained by TCs

Consultant need not attached written confirmation

on appointment of MA during TOP application
 DC Conditions for TOP

• PUB agreed that letter of undertaking is not required

• PUB has changed to annual online declaration that TC had
conducted the inspection. TC to file records of inspections
• PUB agreed to send reminder prompt to TC for annual
declaration

• Consultant need not attached LOU

• To indicate TC for the project and the email address
(generic from sgdi) in TOP application letter
• Consultants to conduct technical briefings to TC
 TOP for Blocks and Precinct
To facilitate HDB Phase TOP arrangement
• PUB agreed that they will process and issue TOP for
blocks but the tanks should be completed

• Detention tanks will be covered under the last TOP,

i.e. Precinct works TOP

• The annual declaration by TC will be based on the TOP

date for the Precinct works.
