1) As-built survey drawing endorsed by QP and Registered Surveyor

2) As-built photo report endorsed by QP
3) As-built Hydraulic Calculations endorsed by QP (joint endorsement with M&E QP if pumped
discharge)
4) QP endorsed undertaking letter for maximum discharge
5) QP joint endorsement with developer for SOP undertaking letter (private projects only)
6) Evidence of briefing to Town Council with minutes and attendance list (HDB projects only)
7) Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) endorsed by QP (with “DRAFT” watermark stamp)
8) Testing and Commissioning – PTE checklist by RE/RTO with QP joint endorsement with Main
Contractor
9) Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) endorsed by QP(M&E) – applicable for Tanks with
pumped discharge only)
10) Testing and Commissioning – M&E pump testing certification and documents (applicable for
Tanks with pumped discharge only)
