The documentary we have watched is all about the secrets of the Vatican City in Italy.
The Vatican City is probably one of the most well-known places in the world. It is where the
present Pope is living and doing his job. The Vatican Secret Archives is the central repository in
the Vatican City for all of the acts promulgated by the Holy See. The Pope, as Sovereign of
Vatican City, owns the archives until his death or resignation, with ownership passing to
his successor. The archives also contain the state papers, correspondence, papal account
books, and many other documents which the church has accumulated over the centuries. In the
17th century, under the orders of Pope Paul V, the Secret Archives were separated from
the Vatican Library, where scholars had some very limited access to them, and remained closed
to outsiders until the late 19th century, when Pope Leo XIII opened them to researchers, more
than a thousand of whom now examine some of its documents each year. An average of
thousands of people comes here daily for their personal purposes in short this place is a center of
attraction. We are very lucky that the past find its own way to reveal itself to the present. The
preserving of the buildings is so very amazing even the smallest things are important and
detailed. The documentary tours us from the past and makes us reimagined what happen in the
past.

Church and State is not the same from one another, they can’t be combine together as one
because some decisions are need to be consulted from both sides and each other should not care
from one another. This documentary also showed unto us how the Pope is living. I learned a lot
from this documentary and I picked information’s. Our Pope live a simple life also as I have
watched. He is also doing work and playing a very important role in our society because there is
no balance if one between church and state were missing. As I remember one of the employee
there show us a room that full of paper files. It is where all the paper works of the pope is stored
and can be opened again after 75 years of his death of that pope. The first thing that I noticed in
Vatican is the people. I observed how the crowd loves the head of the church and how they give
importance to their faith. Seeing Pope is one of the coolest things that a Catholic believer might
ask. Not just one part of Vatican is just shown for us because it is only the introduction of
different parts of it. We also watched the part where the Pope will rest in eternal and a room full
of used clothes and rare accessories. This documentary reveals the secrets in Vatican including
the history of it and how it was build. I we will go back to time we will notice that religion is
very important to people.

Lastly, the documentary story ends here on present. Where our faith in God becomes
more stronger than before. Going to this kind of place maybe the best moment of our life because
it reminds us to take more good care and preserve things and information that we can pass to the
future generation and let them think also about the secrets of Vatican.
