ED (T&D) GM (0) JE ERE DIRECTOR (REFINERIES) FEV EB TURNAROUND PLANNING | "°S ‘© DATE: June 2002 PAGE : 1 of 1 This ROS is issued to initiate action on maintenance jobs after completion of a major turnaround, for the subsequent turnaround, based on inspection recommendations and also to improve the performance in turnaround. 1. Within 15 days after the start up of Crude Distilation Units, Secondary Processing Unit and ‘Unit, ED/GM as the case may be, in-charge 'of Operations (0) shall convene a meeting to review the overall turnaround performance. The meeting shall be attended by ED/GM as! the case may be, in-charge of Technical & Development (T&D), Department Heads and Section Heads of Manufacturing, Maintenance, Power & Utilities, Materials, TSD, Oil Economics and S&OM. If Project Department has carried out any jobs during the turnaround, ED/GM as'the case may be, in-charge’ of Projects (P), DGM (P) and concemed Section Heads shall also attend the meeting. 2. Within 30 days of the start up of last Unit referred under 1 above, ED/GM as the case may be, incharge of Technical & Development (T&D) shall convene a meeting to discuss the tumaround inspection reports and recommendations therein. The turnaround report shall be circulated in advance. ED/GM as the case may be, in-charge Of Operations (0), Department Heads of Mfg. S&OM, Maintenance, Power & Utilities, Materials, TSD, Oil Economics and Section Heads of Inspection’ and Safety & Fire shall attend the meeting. The group shall deliberate upon the action plan for the next tumaround and identify executing agency for each job based on inspection recommendations. If any other jobs are identified as turnaround jobs, these also shall be planned during the meeting. Minutes of Meeting shall be prepared 3.
