Minimum 3+ years of experience in Condition monitoring of Rotary Equipment in Asset intensive

industries.

Domain knowledge: In areas of Condition Monitoring , Vibration Analysis & Dynamic Balancing in the
following verticals: Cement, Power generation , Chemicals, Fertilizers, Oil and Gas .

Requirements:

To be part of Digital Manufacturing and Industrie 4.0 projects across Saint Gobain group of
companies.

Level II Vibration Analysis Certification from reputed certification body.

Knowledge on Sensor Installations / Mounting.

Understanding of Mechanical and Electrical dynamics of Rotary machines.

Sound knowledge on Data Acquisition & Signal Processing.

Good knowledge of CMS Systems such as SPM, Emerson, Pruftechnik, SKF, etc.

Good understanding of ISO 10816 standards.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to provide Industrial Automation solutions for Digital
Manufacturing

Must be willing to travel on shorter duration within India and abroad

Roles and Responsibilities:

Visit factories of SAINT-GOBAIN BUs to collect vibration data of critical rotary equipment.

Taking routine base vibration data collection.

Verify plant machine vibration data for correct measurement of equipment.

Ensures Machinery name plate data and historical data is available and of good quality.

Basic Fault diagnosis, and Report anomalies through systematic reporting ways.

Single / Dual plane field Balancing of Rotors.

Preparing monthly performance report based on the recorded NCs.

Overview and support of Sensor Installations / Mounting with the Plant personnel.
