Why Asian Paints?

Asian Paints is biggest paint organization in 11 countries. It has close to 60% market share in the Indian
paint industry. It has consumers in over 65 countries and has operations in 19 countries across 5
continents. Working at such a large organization will give me huge exposure in the initial part of my
career itself. From my experience at Mondelez as sales and marketing intern, I have realized the
importance of ownership mindset and customer focus. Overall, the values at Asian Paints such as
integrity and authenticity resonate very well with the way I work in professional as well as personal
setting. So, Asian Paints is a very good fit for me.
