Reduced Working Hours

Dear __________________;

For the past several months since the COVID-19 outbreak, our company is
experiencing financial difficulties and excess capacity in our dressing plant due
to the decline in sales orders. Despite our struggles to improve our sales and to
prevent further losses, the company decided to explore other options so we
could retain all our employees.

After reviewing and considering all our options, we regret to inform you
that due to foregoing reasons, the company will be implementing a reduction of
working hours per week.

The reduction of working hours is being resorted to by the company in


accordance with the DOLE Labor Advisory No. 09 series of 2020 in order to
mitigate the adverse consequences of the current pandemic on the financial
viability of the company.

The management will be releasing the new working schedules, which may
be adjusted from time to time, depending on the availability of works and/or
orders. Please expect a corresponding adjustment to your salaries as a result of
the reduced work hours. Rest assured, you will be paid based on the number of
hours that you rendered services.

We request for your understanding on the present situation of the
