MANAGAMENT AND ITS TYPES

A talented leader at any level can help the company rise. First you need to
understand what management is and what areas it covers. Management is the ability
to achieve goals, using work, intelligence, motives for other people's behavior; it is an
activity that, in accordance with the goals and objectives of the business, develops
plans, determines not only what and when to do, but also how and who will carry out
what they have planned, formulate work procedures at all stages of management and

Firstly, there are the following types of management such as general
management, organizational management, entrepreneurial management, financial
management, marketing management, production management, tax management,
environmental management, situational management, innovation management,
strategic management, operational management, international management. The
general management is a management, which is carried out by all the executives
responsible for setting tasks and policy-making for issues related to the planning and
organization, control and management of the enterprise. The organizational
management is the solution of tasks for creation of organization, formation of
structure and management system, development of various instructional and
information materials, etc. The next type of management is entrepreneurial
management involves the use of organizational and management decisions in the
field of entrepreneurial business. Financial management involves determining the
financial structure of the firm and its needs for financial resources. Marketing
management is the analysis, planning, implementation and control of the
implementation of measures designed to establish, strengthen and maintain mutually
beneficial exchanges with the target market to achieve the specific purpose of the
organization. Production management is an activity related to the development, use
and improvement of production systems, on the basis of which the main products or
services of the company are produced. Tax management is the process of managing
the use of methods of influencing the tax mechanism on the tax system in order to
implement tax policy. Environmental management is a holistic system of measures
for the rational use and reproduction of all natural resources, conservation and
expansion of reserves, natural territories and zones, reduction of the harmful impact
of industry and transport on the environment. Situational management is a
management in which the prediction of a danger, the analysis of its symptoms,
measures to reduce the negative consequences of its elimination are put in a certain
way. Innovation management is a set of defined organizational and economic
methods and forms of management of all stages and types of innovation processes of
enterprises and associations with maximum efficiency. Strategic management is the
management of an organization that relies on human potential as the foundation of
the organization. Operational management is designed to ensure efficient and rational
production operations. International management is the process of planning,
organizing, managing, controlling in organizations involved in international activities

Secondly, in the social production distinguish functions of management of
industry, agriculture, transport; in the sphere of circulation – management of
finances, trade, logistical services. There are management functions such as planning
is the main function of management, which involves the prediction, definition of
goals, strategies, policies and tasks of a particular formation. Organization, as a
function of management aimed at the formation of management and control systems,
as well as the relationships and relationships between them. Motivation is the process
of encouraging employees to high-performance activities to meet their needs and
achieve the goals of the organization. Control is a system of monitoring and checking
the compliance of the functioning of the enterprise in accordance with the established
standards and other standards. Coordination as a function of management is a process
aimed at ensuring the proportional and harmonious development of different sides of
the object at the optimal cost of material, financial and labor resources. Regulation is
a type of management work, which aims to overcome the contradiction between

Thirdly, in the history of management development there are three main
approaches (schools) in the theory of management: the classical school of
management, which was based on the creation of universal principles of
management, which ensure the success of the enterprise; scientific management
approach, the main idea of which was to investigate the problems of increasing the
productivity of workers by improving the operations of manual labor; the school of
Human Relations, which is based on the view that the ineffectiveness of staff and the
organization as a whole is affected by interpersonal relationships and the attitude of

Summing up, management is the management of production or commerce; the
set of principles, methods, tools and forms of management that are being developed
and applied to increase production efficiency and increase profits. Management
activity is one of the most important factors in the functioning and development of
enterprises in a market economy. This activity is constantly being improved in
accordance with the objective requirements of the production and sale of goods, the
complexity of economic ties, increasing the role of the consumer in the formation of
technical and economic and other parameters of production. Modern management
includes two integral parts: the theory of leadership and the art of management.
Management is the ability to see a company what it can become [1].
