Abstracts of individual lecture manuscripts

Please submit the manuscript of the abstract by e-mail according to the following procedure.
From the secretariat We will send you a "Confirmation email". If you cannot confirm your e-mail after
several days, please contact us because it may not have arrived at the secretariat.

[About the manuscript]

Preliminary manuscripts should be created on one page of A4 size portrait and sent as PDF files. Paper
size is A4 size (297mm ×× 210mm) length, margin (margin) top and bottom 25mm, left and right 20mm.
(Do not change the size of the margin.)
a) The title should be centered at 12 points, and the author, body, and text should be at 11 points.
(Some changes are possible)
Write your Japanese name and the abbreviation of your institution in parentheses. For joint names,
separate them with “•” and Please put “o” before the name of the speaker.
Speakers must be individual members (Honorary members, regular members, special members,
student members).
b) Fill in English information
Please fill in the English title, the name of the speaker, and the abbreviation of your institution.
Separate with "," for joint names please. English fonts should be 11 points.

* All copyrights for the abstracts submitted should be transferred to the Japan Petroleum Institute.
[Precautions for creation]
 Do not infringe any intellectual property rights in existing publications.
 The necessary reprint permission has been obtained for the charts to be used.
 If there is a cited reference, specify the journal, title, issue, page, etc.

 Please confirm that the title and name are the same as the presentation application.
Create a program based on the lecture application form.
In many cases, the content of the lecture (title, speaker, joint researcher, etc.) at the time of
application for the lecture differs from the content of the lecture in the abstract.
Please be sure to contact the secretariat if there are any additions or corrections made at the time of
application for the lecture.
 Make sure that the printing is not too light.
 Even in the case of color, monochrome printing will be performed.
