If so, this reading programme is designed for you. Reading in English is fundamental to learning the language and will help you access course books that can help you learn the language. This reading programme will help you with the first step to learning English: learning to read in English. Learning to read is a process that takes time, so don’t do more than one unit a day. You will make progress by working through the whole programme, so do not try to remember everything at once. Do you read too slowly in English using the Roman alphabet? This programme will help you read more quickly. You will not only learn to read faster but will also learn to read difficult words. You may find the first few units very easy. If so, go through them quickly. Important points to note: * This course will not teach you the English language. It will teach you how to read the Roman alphabet quickly and easily. * You will not understand all the words. Don’t worry about this. You are learning to put the sounds with the words. This will help you later, when you are learning the English language. * Do not try to translate the words. This will make progress with the programme much too slow. | [BBB e2 Read the phone ‘numbers, then listen and check 3 ‘Trace and write 1234567 89 10 10987654321 913579 #246810 S38 1735 0941026 =™361058496271 0 O 01 0123 010 0101 001 BAnw 0044 - 671-3229 “‘BTom OO! ~ S16 - 8354 BTim 0039 - 218 - 34% B 7am O084- 496 - 3205. atan eatin snat anit snan atat a TIN o NAT eatin sinatin 2e it() tan{) an(1) tinQ inQ) @@ nit( tat Number from 18 30 at in vo Listen and tick tin in tan tin it at 4 Trace and write 5 at aw At @ Find the different © = tin tan tin tin e@1 Read and say @2 Number from 110 o3 Listen and tick Trace and write a Read and label oe ap oE oP oaap siance aiatapae ai o pat apen opet apan opin apit epip oten otap otip oat apit anet oten epat cpet anit onip tip(} pit) ten{!) pen() pip(| pat(} pet{) tap(} pan() pin| | pen pet v tin ten pan pin net nit tip tap ten net tap PIN# pan ab, Se BP / My 0) 10 A 11 12 13 14 15 Read and soy T2345 6 7 8910 41 12 13 WT 14 15 246 8 10 12 14 13579 11 13 15 omedeMaD amedstopaDaaagvionoMce adam edad edid adim adin adip a mad oman | map ©men amet omat cam «pad a Dan @ Nat 5 Ned o Pam eTed oTim 2@ man men Usten and tick mat map did dad mad pad am an 3 Trace and write 4 did dip did did Find the different man MAN aw men word an an am am met raat met met 1 Read and say @2 Number from 17 o3 Listen and tick 4 ‘Trace and write 016 217 5818 2119 go a0 08a 56e cGis50Geaacoaice atedanomepciancaom son adot snot spot smod cnod apod a mop | pop «top ain ean son adid snot odot a pot opat opit © pet mtap stop spod = Pam sTom omid mod © mad dot() pot{} not(!] nod{} top{| pop{} mod{] tC inl) on() an() itl) pit) pot(} pat() pod pot not nod Tom Tod Dan Den dot top not top an pot net mot not top top tap on on on dot dot dot addr Pam |Pam@pop.net Tom |Tom@pen.net Dan Dan@nat.net Ted |Ted1é@top.net Tod |Todi2@map.net Tim |Tim19@pit.net Pam@pop.net Pam at pop dot net Tom@pen.net Tom at pen dot net Dan@nat.net Dan at nat dot net Ted1é@top.net Ted 16 at top dot net Tod12@map.net Tod 12 at map dot net Tim19@pit.net Tim 19 at pit dot net atpenmaptennot at pen map ten not potnotdotpodmoptop dippinpittiptinmid tenmenpendenmet panmadtanpadmat top 6e@ Read and listen 7® Read, then listen and check Separate the 8 e1 Read and say @2 Number from wt @3 Listen and tick 4 Trace and write SG) 207 217 227 23 24725 i: 123456789 10 ai 12 13°14 15 16 17 13 19] 20) 921" 22/23 24725) van g eg eG ov aV oa todsvamagopoancgoavece ai ° o dig a dog aget oGod sgot apeg onag o tag van ovat vet ovim dig adid a vim a dog a got oGod oget ogig peg ovat mtan tag Svan oman comet ovet nten cnag oDan =Tom tag_| peg|_) dig|1) dog(_| got || get() God(_} vat{ } vet van || vim got [eet | God got vet get man van vim dim dig gig nab nag 5 get get got get different did dig did did van nan van vaw pet vet veT vet got got got not atpenmaptennot at pen map ten not Separate the gotgetdogpegtagdigpig - vanvatvetvim dogdimdiddotdam podpitpenpatpigpotpin tentantintagtoptan menmanmopmodmatmap notnagnetnodnipnap inonamanit Sa am an at did in it get got mot on ey wets @ GET IN NOT AM DID AT GOT ON IT A AN & got a not an it am on in get at did @ AM NOT AT GET ON GOT DID A IT IN AN ames 5 SB rom = i e1 Read and say sh oH al a/ oL o/ eal av od sp omag on ot ci we ca co ol cHoM aG eV oT oP aD ehad ahat shen cshid shim chit ahot ohop olap olet alid lip slog alot chal chalal alot ahad slog chim slet clip ahot shen olap chit slop chat shid olid sgot evan avet odid stop slad slit =mat =hip zhop stip @2 Numberfrom let} lad (1) lap(_} lot{) tid {) tip {) log () 17 hen( | him{} hot) hit() hat{} had{)} hid} Pe Tot him hit had lad hen ten log.
