STRATEGY: This precon deck as created by 5X Philippine Champion Jed A. Libetario is centered on the
mutant Cable and his equipment toting and time traveling abilities to reset the game wherein Cable is
bigger and brandishing a stats enhancing equipment to pulverize his opponent who is back to square
one.
HENCHMEN ROLES:
(1 Drop) Active Camouflage – gives your character a +2 / +2 Bonus, Dodge and Stealth to instantly boost
up your Cable
(1 Drop) M41A Pulse Rifle – standard issue for Colonial Marines and now Cable’s got several of them
complete with Grenade Launcher attachments to shower up to three -1 / -1 counters on an opponent’s
character in the back row.
(1 Drop) Net Launcher – your ultimate stall equipment enabling you to daze an opponent’s character
and it cannot recover until its next turn.
(2 Drop) Book of the Vishanti – you got knives, guns, plasma cannons, and of course a book. Cable
brought this unique book to be able to deflect the first plot twist that his opponents play every turn.
(2 Drop) Cosmic Cube – the first of the cubes enables you to filter your opponent’s deck and remove any
set of unwanted card from the game.
(2 Drop) The Nullifier – the ultimate nullification of this device enables you to nullify any one keyword or
super power from the game as long as it is in play.
(3 Drop) Cosmic Cube – the second of the cubes enables you to discard from your opponent’s hand and
remove any unwanted card/s from the game.
(3 Drop) Power Loader – this equipment will ensure that you get Cable all loaded up to meet any alien
force head on.
(3 Drop) Self-Destruct Device – if you are overwhelmed then just activate this device the next turn to
blow all your opponent’s characters and locations to smithereens!
(4 Drop) Chimichanga – what could be more powerful than a power loader in VS 2PCG? It’s fried burrito
of course! Attach it to your character and chant “Chimichanga!” four times to give him + 4 / + 4 counters
every turn.
(4 Drop) Cosmic Cube – the third of the cubes enables you to remove a supporting character on an side
from the game as well as all cards in play with the same name.
(7 Drop) Serpent Crown – your biggest equipment to steal the biggest character you can get your hands
on.
(1 Drop) Iceman – the only mutant in your deck that freezes an opposing character when he appears. He
can also be useful to carry all those extra equipment that Cable can’t bear to carry anymore.
(2 Drop) Fixer – is here to help you draw additional cards once Cable and the gang are all well-equipped
for battle.
(2 Drop) Kane – your basic location filter to ensure that you get your hands on a much needed academy
or laboratory when you need it.
(4 Drop) Starhawk – can foresee the future and the top card of your deck so that you can recruit
characters if needed or play equipment and plot twists if warrant it.
(5 Drop) Gunslinger – if Cable can’t carry all those weapons, books and equipment around then
Gunslinger can help carry them since he can sash in multiple equipment all at the same time.
(5 Drop) Private Hudson – Can help you defend the front lines by stunning characters attacking your
characters in melee combat.
(6 Drop) Iron Man – besides being an all-around attacker and defender, he can help bring back a flipped
down location back online for use.
