This is in reference to the purchase order : 100014344 and DI No.1933/RE placed on us for the
supply of RSJ Pole to your various site at Jharkhand. The order was successfully executed by us and
all the related papers has been sent to you and your bank.

In the above mentioned details I would like to bring in your kind attention that your order was in cut
pcs and when we cut the material there is normal cutting tolerance of 1-3MM, it cannot be cut at
the exact length as the product is Iron and hot rolled product. These cutting and weight tolerance
@ 2.5 % is also mentioned in the relevant IS standard and the approved GTP of the Jharkhand
Electricity Board.

Our BOE value is based on the actual weight basis and you are also requested to kindly verify the
purchase order which specifically mentions the wt/Mt basis.
Our BOE value is Rs. 10082535/- and your LC value is Rs. 10091381/- which is within the Lc value.
Secondly as per the calculation sheet provided by you the amount comes to Rs. 10064914.19/-.

The Difference of the amount of your calculation and our BOE IS Rs. 17620/- only, this difference is
mainly due to the cutting tolerance +1-3 MM and the weight tolerance @ 2.5 % which is much
much within the limit as prescribed in the relevant IS Standard.

Thus you are requested to kindly give your acceptance to our BOE without ant further delay as the
matter has been inordinately delayed for one or other Reason.
