The course syllabus should inform students what assessments you

will use and the weight each will have in determining course grades.
Be clear about how grades will be determined and your rationale for
using that grading method. For example, based on preset grade
scales or relative ranking in the class (grading on the curve), and
your rationale.

So when there are those aspects of kid's behaviors that

get you twisted and torn or wanting to avoid dealing with
the issues (which is just as bad as getting angry) find that
tool that will help you calm yourself.

Fairness » In teaching the lesson, as teacher, we need to determine first the needs of every learner.
This means that there should be an adjustment for them to understand the lesson.
b. Objectivity » These are the goals to be learned by learners through content knowledge and skills
after teaching the lesson.
c. Accountability » It is a consideration of the lesson towards the needs and capabilities of the
learners wherein they are able to achieve the objectives of the lesson.

#Fairness
Most of my pupils had difficulty to read and understand the lesson. As a teacher, I would consider
their weakness on the topic to be discussed. #Objectivity
Before teaching the lesson, I will embrace their own pace of learning. I also use different strategies
for them to understand and to do every activity with appropriate method.
#Accountability
As a teacher, I do acknowledge their unique skills because we believe on the theorist saying that each
of us possessed an intelligence in His Multiple of Intelligence. This means that the acceptance lies on
the teacher.
