Semerci and Aydin (2018) as cited by De la Rama et. al.

, (2020) stated that an attitude can be defined as

an element that directs an individual's actions according to his or her sensations and thoughts.
Moreover, the behavior is regarded as the positive or negative effects of a certain object or beliefs.

Huang and Liaw (2005) as cited by De la Rama et. al., (2020) conclude that teachers' positive attitudes
towards computer skills can influence how they provide the learners with their knowledge.

Keeton (2004) as cited by De la Rama et. al., (2020) found out in his study that teachers have positive
approach towards online learning tools for which important in the creation of online learning
environment for students.

In Javier's study (2020) as cited by Joaquin et. al., (2020), with regard to the context of Filipino teachers,
the teachers were generally 'skilled' in using technology, particularly those that are utilized in the
conduct of virtual teaching. However, this study was limited to Filipino teachers, thus technological skills
of Science teachers was determined. The report also examined the level of technological access by the
same respondents and in this dimension there was no or at best limited study.

In July 2020, the DLSU introduced an alternative form of education known as a technological approach
for connectivity in high education called Lasallians Remote and Engaged Approach for Connectivity in
Higher Education (R.E.A.C.H). This highlights the value of teacher and student involvement and the three
methods of delivery: (1) completely on-line (synchronous) and asynchronous (2) mixed (face-to-face,
online) and (3) face-to-face. The learning management system of the University LMS including
AnimoSpace are coordinated to access all the online academic resources and materials (De La Salle
University, 2020b as cited by Joaquin et. al., 2020).

Likewise, ADMU has been conducting the adaptive design for education (ADL). ADL incorporates three
modes of delivery: (1) online, (2) mixed and (3) face-to-face; and offers unique courses in line with the
faculty style and relevant to the demands and contexts of the learners. The curriculum content is hosted
in AteneoBlueCloud, which is the virtual campus of the university (Ateneo de Manila University, 2020 as
