END OF FIRST SEMESTER

Examinations will start on Monday 3rd – 07th April 2017 according to the attached timetable.

1. You are reminded to complete payment of fees and register for examinations to be written with
my office by 30th March 2017. Examination Cards will be ready for collection from Saturday 1st
April 2017 starting at 10:00 a.m. These will have to be presented to the examination supervisors
and displayed on desks throughout the examinations. Please note that only those participants
who have fully settled fees, attended classes and completed course work will be allowed to sit
examinations.

2. Examinations will be done from 9:00am to 12:00 noon and 2:00pm to 5:00pm on designated
days.

3. Participants will be allowed into their respective examination rooms 15 minutes to examination
time and examination Supervisors will take over immediately after.

4. Any unauthorised materials, bags and papers, are not allowed inside the examination room.

5. Participants are required to follow examination regulations strictly and any deviation will attract
penalties. Please be warned that reference to unauthorised materials leads to immediate
discontinuation of a candidate.

6. Candidates will enter only examination numbers provided on examination cards on the answer
sheets and NOT names.

7. Candidates must sign against their names on the examination registration list to be provided by
the Supervisor.
