the risk of anemia (lack of healthy red blood cells), Prone to infections, Results in low
bone mass and Results in difficulty to recover from illness. Maintaining a healthy BMI
helps you to feel great by being healthy for working out a lot, It also engages in physical
activities to prevent unhealthy things in our body and life.
2. Avoid Tobacco/Quit Smoking- Quitting smoking is one of the best choices you can make
for your health. By smoking it damages the heart and blood circulation, It is not a good
idea because it also cause huge risks in our health and for other people who breaths
secondhand smoke. It’s never healthy to breathe tobacco smoke.
3. Move more! - Being active by having regular exercise and physical activities can help us
to maintain our muscles and bones. It improves overall health, And staying active helps
us to maintain our healthy weight, can reduce risks in cancers and heart diseases. Get
up! Stretch the bones and muscles you got!
4. Eat the right food- Eating the right food like vegetables and fruits can help us to be more
healthier, gives you the nutrition for your body. Healthy eating is comprised of a wide
variety of foods with carbohydrates, proteins and fat. Good nutrition provides many
tasks in our health. Note: Don’t skip breakfast, It is important because it provides 25%
of the total energy and nutrients required by the body.
5. Right amount of sleep- Sleep plays an important role in our physical health, The body
needs sleep to ensure that it can be physically healthy, emotionally healthy and mentally
healthy. Sleep is powerful for the body and as you sleep you will able to ensure that you
can rejuvenate your body, your mind and also your emotion. When you’re asleep it will
produce extra protein molecules that can help your body fight infection and will also
help strengthen your body. Nothing’s wrong with taking a nap from long tiring day.
