I hereby address you with the purpose of making a special request regarding the
management, disposal and treatment of solid and liquid waste generated by your
establishment and derived from the economic activity you carry out and your industrial
processes, in the which evidently and according to the observations made are generating
liquid discharges to the San Juan River, which determines to a great extent a great
inconvenience and environmental impact resulting in a deterioration to the social and
environmental well-being of the sector, we also made the request through direct demand to
the legal representative of your company for the design and implementation of a
management system for the treatment of these wastes by means of which the impacts to the
environment and society are reduced and to prevent deterioration of the health of the
inhabitants of the sector.
