1. Quotation Validity: 7 days
2. Delivery Time: 30 days after getting Work Order or confirmation of order.
3. Terms of Payment: 50% advance with Work Order and balance 50% before delivery.
4. Mode Of Payment: By Cash/Cheque/Card at Cash Counter, Cheque payment should be in favor of "HATIL COMPLEX LTD".
 If payment were made by Cheque the delivery would be after encashment of cheque.
5. VAT: Included with above price. VAT Challan will be provided by HATIL.
6. Customize Fabric Charge: If furniture order with customize fabric or party fabric, 5% charge will be added.
7. Warranty: 1 year free service Warranty for any manufacturing fault. No warranty/guaranty for glass, fabric and rexin.
8. Office Time: 10:30 am to 9:00 pm (Wednesday Close)
