Honourable madam speaker we today talk about judiciary the 3 rd pillar and the most vital

pillar of democracy in times of crisis but the pillar itself is a crisis today. We recently saw
judges of honourable Supreme Court had to take the recourse of media to point that what lies
beyond this mist of opaque administrative structure of judiciary. Autonomy of a body when
uncontrolled leads to opaqueness madam speaker the nation wants to know that. what is the
process of distribution of cases and their listing , how does the vague collegium setup decides
ground for appointment of judges ?, what are the principles and considerations involved in
recusal proceedings ? , what rationale is applied for bench formation ? all these and several
other undefined administrative actions are fundamental cogs in the wheel of the deliverance
of justice. When the entire world is inching towards transparency there is the system which
resist it. .if the judges of honourable supreme court who themselves are intellectually
powered, rational and holding such authority feels suffocated and neglected , I don’t think its
hard to comprehend what will be the condition of a common man who stands at the end of
this system , problems of nepotism favouritism and corruption is gripping judiciary out of its
life. Allegation of control of only a few families over the judiciary is not new madam
speaker. we should act before Indian judiciary actually becomes a group of few elites far
from reality and grief of the general masses.

So, Madam Speaker the system which is corrupt I demand its change. Madam speaker the
system which is opaque I demand its change. Madam speaker the system which is just for
personal gain I demand its change. Madam speaker the system which suffocates its own I
demand its change. Madam speaker the system has outlived its era Let the syatem change.
Let this change so that Judicary lives again.
