1. What is quality?

 The definition of Quality has no specific meaning unless related to a specific function but
in the world of business a quality of a product or service refers to the perception of the
degree to which the product or service meets the customer’s expectations.
2. Is that need for Quality control in all products?
 It is important of every industry are having a quality of products and services that will
ensure of all consumers knowing it has a high quality and keeps a high standard of
making it.

 There is a lot of examples of service quality one of this is like in a auto shop you don’t
need to go on a high class auto shop or CASA if both of two shop’s have a high quality
services and also have a warranty that will give it in every costumers.
4. KAIZEN for continuous improvement. Discuss why the company focuses on KAIZEN?
 KAIZEN is also mean as “change for the better” this is a business strategy of all
companies focused on improvement, aims to improve everything that all companies
worked for start with the functions or processes. This method also eliminates waste in
all systems of an organization through improving standardized activities and processes
of every companies.
