My learning insight about this educational video, talks about all the behavior of human refers to their

actions, attitude and emotions of those individual or groups of different platform of an organization. It
also includes people, structure, technology and environment this all factors affecting human behavior in
an organization in a way that provides guidelines and procedure that having a leader or a mentor to
follow, that needs to require a study in all of these that may impact human behavior. And it also talks
about the challenges of human behavior and how to address these challenges those are diversity at
work dealing with proper training and attitude of an employee. And for ethical behavior, defines the
right or wrong of an organization for example in a school conducting a different dilemmas of an ethical
behavior just to say they are done with their work but they’ve not. In globalization, this talk about a
need to address managing behavior of an organization this is to assure that their employee’s are
comfortable and well rounded in doing their job in that so, they can focus and making a great
performance in their work. And lastly the technology, well when it comes to this nowadays the
