Module Name UTILIZATION OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY

Module Code E8-UEE-14 Version 03 Last Modified 10/08/2020

no. Date:

Level 8 Credits 10

Aim To analyze the various concepts of energy saving methods and different
methods of energy utilization

Rationale This module teaches about the different ways in which the electrical energy
is utilized in industry and in domestic applications. This module helps to gain
knowledge about the different appliances available in the market to utilize
the electrical energy. It also teaches the way in which the electricity is
converted into useful form. Hence this module is important for electrical
engineering students.
