LIFE CYCLE MODEL OF LEADERSHIP

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Writing a project is one of the most significant academic challenges I have ever faced though
this project has been presented by me but there are many people who remained in veil who
gave their all support and helped me to complete this project.

First of all I am very grateful to my subject teacher Ms. Kirti without the kind support and help
of whom and help the completion of the project could not have been possible for me. She gave
me her valuable time from her busy schedule to help me complete this project and suggested
me the methods to collect relevant data and study the topic allotted to me.

I am very thankful to the librarian who provided me several books on this topic which proved
beneficial in the completion of this project.

I acknowledge my friends who gave their valuable and meticulous advice which was very
useful and could not be ignored in the acknowledgement of this project. I would also take this
opportunity to convey my vote of thanks to my seniors who guided me throughout this project.

This project would not have seen the light of the day without the endless support of my parents
and family. I am very much thankful to them for always standing beside me and helping me a
lot in accessing all sorts of resources.

I thank all of them!

There have are a number of theories associated to life cycle model of leaderships and the
essence of all of them is nearly the same.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

1. The nature of the project is non-empirical in nature. It is purely based on data collected
from books, acts, journals and web sources.

2. The methodology also includes data collected both from the primary and secondary
sources, but mainly from secondary sources.

The research work is centred on the literature available in the library hence the method of
research is purely doctrinal. The researcher while doing this research work relied on the law
commission reports, the newspapers and supreme court judgements. The researchers analyse
the effectiveness of the inflow of cases to various courts in different years. The researchers also
read the commentaries available to ascertain the real intention of the legislators behind

formulating the provisions in question. So the doctrinal research methodology helped in

bringing the project work in the present.

The researchers having done doctrinal type of research went through the primary as well
secondary sources. The researcher having gone through this methodology could be able to get
an exact picture of the problem in question. The doctrinal method helped in doing the
comparative study of the topic. This methodology helped in going through not only the work
of one eminent person but many this helped in getting the bird’s eye view of the subject.
