Ref: - Application for De-registration of Fantasia Business Park Premises
Co-Op. Society Ltd by Dilip A. Kashikar & Ors, under section- 21-A of
Maharashtra Co-op Societies Act 1960 dated 07.09.2019.

Dear Sir

Most respectfully submits as under:

I the undersigned a member of the Vashi Fantasia Business park Co-op

Society. I have gone through the De-registration of application received
by Secretary on behalf of us on 20.11.2019. I submit my say as under:-

1. The society members hold the Special General Body meeting on

17.11.2019 has decided unanimously to oppose the de-registration
process.

2. We want to continue the society to manage day to day activities.

3. As per CIDCO regulations the society cannot be de-registered without

CIDCO permission.
4. The individual member have no right to submit the application for
de-registration.
5. There is no reason for initiating the proceeding for de-registration of
the society.

6. The Public Notice for de-registration of society, is illegal as the same

is not issued as per provision of the rule 18(C) of Maharashtra Co-
operative Societies Rules 1961.

7. The society is registered in the year 2010, and no aggrieved member

submitted appeal within the period of limitations. Therefore the
applicants have no right to apply for de-registration and they have
not explained the delay in submitting application after 9 years of
Registration.

For the above reasons the application of the applicants to be dismissed

with cost.
