Versus
1. That the petition is legally wedded wife of the responded and their marriage was
solemnised as the per their rites and the ceremonies at chalai.
2. That the petitioner and respondent stayed together in their house at Chakai happily
and due to wedlock after one year and made child namely 'E' was born out.
3. That the after 2 year of their marriage the Respondent got second marriage with a lady
namely 'Z' .
4. That after second marriage day Respondent begem to neglect her first wife 'A'
petitioner.
5. That the respondent is man of means.
6. That the Respondent is liable to maintain the petitioner who has provided her to the
appropriate maintenance. However, the Respondent has refused to maintenance.
7. That the petitioner has no source of Income and his fully dependent on the
respondent for maintenance .
8. That the petitioner is residing her Naihar at the Chakai, So this Court has jurisdiction
for trial for the case.
