The chosen candidate will lead the Retention Marketing team on areas including, but not limited to:
1. Develop a holistic view of the Pepperfry customer from all customer data points available and work on a
comprehensive segmentation model.
2. Generate data driven insights to develop great value propositions for each customer segment.
3. Develop strategies to increase purchase frequency and identify cross sell and upsell opportunities.
4. Implement smart engagement marketing tools to target customers across marketing channels as per pre-
defined strategies
