Manager – Retention Marketing

What will you be doing?


At Pepperfry, we believe that understanding consumers is what makes a great business, and your work will directly
impact that. The Retention Marketing team is responsible to define and drive engagement and repeat business
for Pepperfry from our base of 4 Mn+ customers.

The chosen candidate will lead the Retention Marketing team on areas including, but not limited to:

1. Develop a holistic view of the Pepperfry customer from all customer data points available and work on a
comprehensive segmentation model.
2. Generate data driven insights to develop great value propositions for each customer segment.
3. Develop strategies to increase purchase frequency and identify cross sell and upsell opportunities.
4. Implement smart engagement marketing tools to target customers across marketing channels as per pre-
defined strategies

problems and find solutions
3. Be a self-starter and display strong ownership by driving influence across hierarchy & functions
4. Excellent communication skills

First Filter Criteria


1. 2-year full time MBA from top IIMs, XLRI, ISB, FMS and SPJ
2. 1.5+ years of work experience. Prior experience in Marketing MAY help (we’ve had ex-finance guys
successfully leading the function)
