grandchildren because the world has changed a lot over the past

50 years .

When we looking back at the last few decades, it is easy for us to detact our world and society has
changed a lot. Things in the past 50 years maybe totally take on a new look in front of us. So,
there is no surprising that some people claim that the advice from the grandparents is of no use to
their grandchildren because the generation gap. However, my attitude is just the opposite, from my
perspective, the advice from our grandparents will always take a place in our lifelong process.

First off, our grandparents are people know us the most because they take care of us from our date
of birth. They had been existed as our caregiver for ten or more years since we are an infant. In
other words, except our parents and best friends, they may become the second person who
understand our at large. Our temperament, eating habits, personality, even shortcoming are usually
bear in mind by them just like their own character. As a concequence, it is obvious that they can
stand in our standpoint to help us determine variety of daily grinds. For instance, when it comes to
what major may suit us in the most or what kinds of husband we should be married, all kinds of
advice from them will definitely be useful and advisable since they are the person who know what
we need and what we want.

Besides ， another reason that our grandparens’s advice are pretty useful is some commonplace
will not change as the time goes by no matter how thorough the society developed. For instance,
human’s basic social code. To specify, do not forget say”thank you” after be helped by a stranger;
concern and love young childrens and elders; be grateful for all the troubles; be respect to your
boss and leader; tell truth in most case and so on. Consequently, by observing such basic social
code, we will stand a great chance to become a well-connected person and all of such code and
manner will never outdated just because our grandparents tell us, right? Thus, althrough the world
has changed a lot over past 50 years, the advice from the grandparents still have a solid status in
our daily life.

Finally, There is no denying that in some cases advice provided by our grandparents are
meaningless for the generation gap and the world progression. Nonetheless ，we cannot ignore a
truth that our grandparent’s good intention, how can we seem advice from our close relatives as
unuseful? By that I mean is we can actually listen the advantages of their advice and leach the
improper part of them. By doing so, not only the relationship will be bond more tighter, but also
the mood of our grandparents will be more delighted.
To sum up, I strongly believe no matter from which aspest, listening to our grandparents will be
always useful not the other way around.
